Swimming Through life As A Minimalist:

How to learn how to identify the baggage in your life.

Clearing your mind and getting on a an eternal road to peace .

Sometimes you feel boggled down by physical baggage weighing you to the ground. Like an anchor and it may feel like you or I can’t get back to the surface and swim smoothly without the waves trying to swallow us whole as each paddle we may take. OR you may feel physically fine but what’s really bringing you down is mental and spiritual baggage. Mental baggage is baggage that some people want you to feel or experience because they may not know how to swim in the waters of life themselves.

This may sound uncouth, but I say all we can do as decent beings are give the ones that are having a hard time swimming, life savers and what they choose to do with it is their prerogative. However, we can’t allow them to drag us down and weigh us like an anchor.

Mother Teresa says, the fruit of love is service , and the fruit of service is peace.

Well, I agree with that myself, as a person of service from Teaching, military service, and even volunteer service with the Mission Continues currently.

However, There are moments in life where a being has to decide it’s their lives that is truly on the line by helping another to the point of their own detriment.

But I am here to tell you that it’s not true.

By knowing astrology and living as a minimalist in all areas of your life, you’ll be able to find your purpose in life, and will also be to get back on track if you accidentally swim the way that the divine has not intended.

The first step is finding out your birth natal chart and sitting down with yourself and writing a list of pros and cons that you feel are in your life.

After you finish that step, break the list down into Three categories ; mental, spiritual, and physical baggage.

Your birth chart will be able to explain the why’s, how’s, and who’s of who you are and also who you are developing into, or who you will develop into.

Writing things down where your can see them and out of your head will help you clear your mind and understand the necessary steps needed to take for your road to success, freedom and most importantly Equanimity: which equals PEACE.
