One way that some people discover pleasure is through the achievement of personal accomplishment, while others may discover it through the act of giving back to the community, cultivating connections, or simply experiencing moments of serenity and mindfulness. At the end of the day, happiness is a subjective concept that can vary widely from one individual to the next.
